Exchange Policy

Our pieces can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, unused with all the labels and tags.
Exchange Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and clicking on "My Profile", you will get the option to Return/Exchange on your Order summary table.
If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on "Request Return" option present on the footer, enter your order details to proceed with the exchange.

Return Policy

Order can be returned within 7 days from the date it is received. We offer store credit in place of the returned item.
Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged
The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order. We can initiate an exchange/store credit for prepaid orders.

Damaged Product

Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
