    Return Pickup Issue May Impact Future Purchases

    When I place an order, it's mentioned that return shipping will be arranged by your team if I choose to return the products. However, in reality, that doesn't seem to be the case. While you're able to deliver the items to my address, you're unable to arrange a pickup from my location (pincode), which is disappointing. Based on this experience, I may reconsider purchasing directly from you in the future and would prefer ordering through a third-party platform like Myntra.
